You understand that you are engaging the Motor Dealer for the purpose of financing this vehicle and that the Motor Dealer and the Finance Broker receive commissions and fees relating to your finance application. You understand that an official finance rate, price or comparison can only be provided by the assigned Finance Broker. You understand that your circumstances will be taken into account when you have communicated with the assigned Finance Broker and that only the assigned Finance Broker can assist you with your Finance Application. You allow the service provider known as Virtual Yard to provide the technology you are using as this service for the purpose of connecting you with the Motor Dealer and the Motor Dealer connecting you with a licensed Finance Broker. You agree to be contacted by either the Motor Dealer or the assigned Finance Broker.
